Texas native Kaeita Nkeenge Rankin is arrested after assaulting a hostess at Carmine
New York City saw a new crime on Thursday.
One of the restaurants named Carmine saw their employee assaulted with the hands of 3 tourists from Texas.
The upper west side Italian restaurant’s hostess was attacked by the tourists when asked to prove if they are vaccinated.
New York City has started enforcing the vaccine mandate for the people and they need to prove to have already vaccinated to eat in a restaurant, drink in a bar, working out, going bowling, and catching a movie.
The hostess was simply following the rules and asked the tourists to show their vaccination cards but she was not ready for what was about to happen.
Carmine’s 24-year-old was punched repeatedly by the 3 terror tourists, one of them being Kaeita Nkeenge Rankin.
Who Is Kaeita Nkeenge Rankin?
Kaeita Nkeenge Rankin is a tourist of New York who came to Carmine to have food.
Rankin was accompanied by Sally Rechelle Lewis and Tyonnie Keshay Rankin. The trio started an outrage at the Upper West Side Italian Restaurant after being asked to provide their vaccination card.
Kaeita, a 44-year-old woman is recognized to assault the employee of the Carmine.
Adding to her assault was Sally, a 49-year-old woman from Houston, Texas.
Tyonnie Keshay Rankin, 21 is believed to be the daughter of Kaeita. Both of them reside in Humble, Texas.
Is Kaeita Nkeenge Rankin Arrested For Carmines Assault?
Kaeita Nkeenge Rankin along with her companions was arrested on assault and criminal mischief charges by the New York Police Department.
However, following the arrest, they were given the desk appearance ticket for assault and released.
The trio was ordered with a court date on October 5.
It is unclear to the date on what the law has in store for them. Kaeita, Sally, and Tyonnie could be charged with a certain amount of money for violating the law and assaulting an employee.
What Happened At The Carmine? Assault By The Tourists
Three Texan tourists Kaeita, Sally, and Tyonnie assaulted the restaurant hostess for asking them about the vaccination card.
The incident took place during the evening at 4:50 p.m. when the trios were asked to be seated on Carmine’s chair and reveal their proof if they are vaccinated.
The 24-year-old hostess was then punched repeatedly and they ripped off her necklace as well.
The unnamed victim suffered pain and bruised body after the attack. She was treated at the scene.
Talking about the violence, Carmine’s owner Jeffery Bank stated that the incident is completely ridiculous and inexcusable.
