Grant met Harp in 2013 as his fans and the two started dating. She was working as a nightclub promoter at that time and Grant hired her to promote his shows and events. After dating for a while, Harp got pregnant and gave birth to their daughter, Angel Grant.
They were having troubles in their relationship. But things went from bad to worse on May 22, 2019, when Harp shot and killed Grant in front of their daughter.

Ciera Harp murdered her boyfriend, Rahim Grant in front of their child in 2017. She was sentenced to 125 years in prison.
After shooting Rahim, Harp called the police and told them she was attacked by her husband, leading to shooting him in self-defense. The authorities initially believed her story but later found a video on Rahim’s phone that showed the incident was more than just self-defense.
The two argued that day and Rahim started capturing the incident on his phone. Ciera is heard yelling and then she shoots Rahim multiple times in front of their daughter. She later inflicts stab wounds on herself to make it look like self-defense.
Ciera is currently serving her sentence at Pulaski State Prison in Hawkinsville, Georgia.
